How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed in just two days or less. More complex requests can take longer. However, in such cases the eta will be communicated upfront.
How does onboarding work?
- Select your plan
- Make payment
- You will be invited to a personal kanban board – approx an hour turn around time.
- Once you accept the invite you can start requesting design immediately
- Firther instructions will be on the board itself
Who are the designers?
TLZ group is a one man agency, run by Zac Lotter, the founder. With over a decade of design experience largely in the event and digital marketing space you can be confident in the results. You will work directly with me through the entire experience.
Is there a limit on how many requests I can make?
You can add as many requests to your design queue as you like, and the designs will be delivered one by one in order of priority.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests such as websites, UX/UI wireframes etc will be broken down into phases and you can expect a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the completion of the project.

How will I request my designs?
Through your kanban board you can make new requests and reorder requests based on priority. You can also supply though written briefs, video breakdowns through the kanban board.
What if I dont like the design?
We will take your feedback and rework the design until you are 100% satisfied.
Are there any requests you dont support?
Absolutely. We not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, product catalogue etc.)
What if I only have a single request?
Simply pause your subscription and resume when you have more requests.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
Can I only use the service for a month?
For sure. Whether you need the service for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Feel free to come back when you have additional design needs.
